020626 - Withholding The Scriptures

Now that Satan can no longer keep the world under his control by withholding the Scriptures, he resorts to other means to accomplish the same object. To destroy faith in the Bible serves his purpose as well as to destroy the Bible itself. By introducing the belief that God’s law is not binding, he as effectually leads men to transgress as if they were wholly ignorant of its precepts. And now, as in former ages, he has worked through the church to further his designs. The religious organizations of the day have refused to listen to unpopular truths plainly brought to view in the Scriptures, and in combating them they have adopted interpretations and taken positions which have sown broadcast the seeds of skepticism. Clinging to the papal error of natural immortality and man’s consciousness in death, they have rejected the only defense against the delusions of spiritualism. The doctrine of eternal torment has led many to disbelieve the Bible. And as the claims of the fourth commandment are urged upon the people, it is found that the observance of the seventh-day Sabbath is enjoined; and as the only way to free themselves from a duty which they are unwilling to perform, many popular teachers declare that the law of God is no longer binding. Thus they cast away the law and the Sabbath together. As the work of Sabbath reform extends, this rejection of the divine law to avoid the claims of the fourth commandment will become well-nigh universal. GC 586.2

Apa artinya Setan MENAHAN ALKITAB? 

Menghalang-halang orang untuk belajar Alkitab. [Seperti orang kerja tidak diberi gaji].

WITHHOLDING THE SCRIPTURE - untuk KEEP THE WORLD UNDER HIS CONTROL. 

Bagaimana dia keep the world under his control dengan withholding the scripture? 

Artinya THE SCIPTURE memberikan kebebasan yang tanpa SCRIPTURE, orang-orang diperbudak oleh SETAN. Jadi scripture memberikan LIBERTY, artinya tanpa scripture orang-orang diperbudak. Karrena kalau orang mengerti ALKITAB tidak bisa ditipu setan. Dan kalau ditipu melakukan yang bertentangan dengan yang benar, dan dia pikir itu benar padahal itu tidak benar.

Artinya BANYAK ORANG sudah bebas dari perbudakannya dengan catatan mereka membaca ALKITAB. Di withhold = tidak baca alkitab. Tidak perlu WITHHOLD kalau orang malas baca alkitab. 

Kapan dia withhold the scripture? 

Dulu [Karena dikutipan di bilang NOW].

Dia tetap mau keep the world under his control - tetapi bukan dengan WITHHOLD THE SCRIPTURE.

Tujuan yang sama seperti yang dulu.

Apa artinya OTHER MEANS? 

Cara yang lain tetapi hasilnya sama. Dan karena withholding the scripture tidak bisa lagi, dia mau cari cara yang lain yang hasilnya adalah KEEP THE WORLD UNDER HIS CONTROL.

Iman [Rom 10:17] 

Artinya orang yang scipturenya di withhold BERDOSA [karena dosa = tidak beriman Rom 14:23]. 

ARTINYA dia mau keep the world under his contorl dengan BERDOSA.

Mulai dengan HAWA, dengan dia putar Gen 2:17 - DIA MEMBUAT HAWA tidak percaya apa yang TUHAN BILANG, dan percaya yang DIA BILANG.

Kalau saya tidak PERCAYA ALKITAB sama dengan? 

SAYA AKAN MEMBUANG ALKITAB, karena saya tidak membutuhkan ALKITAB.

Dengan tidak ada firman - tidak ada iman. 

Tidak ada ALKITAB - withholding the scipture - walaupun SCRIPTURENYA tidak di withhold. 

TIDAK ADA ALKITAB - tidak percaya alkitab - tidak di withhold alkitabnya.

Jadi orangnya belajar ALKITAB [karena tidak di withhold].

Dulu mereka tidak belajar alkitab, sekarang belajar alkitab - TETAPI sekarang mereka tidak beriman, karena mereka meniadakan alkitab bukan karena membuang alkitab, karena salah pengertian alkitab dan tidak menghasilkan BERIMAN - dan salah pengertian itu yang membuat ALKITAB itu tidak ada. [atau withhold the scripture]. 

Jadi INI bicara tentang ORANG KRISTEN, bukan orang ATHEIS, karena kalau Atheis masih di withhold the scripturenya. 

Untuk tidak ada iman / berdosa - melanggar HUKUM. 

Gal 2:17  But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. 

Cara untuk DIBENARKAN bukan dengan THE WORKS OF THE LAW - caranya dengan BY FAITH. Oleh sebab itu tidak butuhkan LAW untuk di justified - sehingga mereka bilang tidak butuhkan LAW sama sekali. 

Apa artinya WE FOUND SINNERS? 

Karena SAYA PIKIR HUKUM TIDAK ADA, tetapi tetap BERDOSA "I was alive without the law once.."

Jadi mereka bilang HUKUM TIDAK BERLAKU LAGI , tetapi hukum masih tetap berlaku.

SIAPA ORANG-ORANG INI? 

Orang-orang ini adalah orang-orang yang dulu tidak bisa baca ALKITAB, sekarang waktu mereka baca ALKITAB pengertina mereka salah. Dan objectnya sama yaitu tetap berdosa. Artinya mereka bilang bahwa ROMA 6:14

Rom 6:14  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. 

SAYA TIDAK DIBAWAH HUKUM LAGI, karena saya sekarang DIBAWAH GRACE. 

Artinya mereka percaya dulu sebelum kayu salib PERLU MENURUT HUKUM, tetapi setelah kayu salib ada GRACE, tidak perlu menurut HUKUM. 

APA ARTINYA God’s law is not binding? 

We are no longer under the law.

Orang-orang ini membuat dispensasi sebelum dan setelah kayu salib, dan meletakkan OC di sebelum kayu salib dan NC di setelah kayu salib. 

Dia sebenarnya MEMBUAT ORANG MELANGGAR HUKUM TUHAN, walaupun tidak tau sedang melanggar. 

Antinomians:

Sebelum kayu salib: untuk dibenarkan, perlu menurut hukum.

Setelah kayu salib: Tidak perlu menurut hukum untuk dibenarkan, karna kita sudah di bawah grace.

Under the law:

Tidak diwajibkan untuk menurut hukum.

Padahal kamu tidak dibawah tuduhan hukum.

Orang-orang yang memisahkan OC DAN NC sebelum dan setelah kayu salib [by law dan by grace] adalah orang-orang yang bilang FEAST SUDAH DIPAKUKAN DI KAYU SALIB. 

Dan pengertian mereka seperti orang-orang PROTESTANT.

Dan issue 1888 - tidak bisa membedakan OC DAN NC - padahal OC DAN NC selalu berdampingan setelah ada dosa.

Walaupun KUTIPAN INI TIDAK BILANG ORANG-ORANG ADVENT yang menolak FEAST tetapi kriteria kutipan ini dipenuhi oleh orang-orang yang menolak THE FEAST.
